Sheet labels vs thermal rolls

Sheet labels run through laser and inkjet printers you already own, one sheet at a time. That makes them the practical choice for short runs, mixed content, address and mailing labels, product identification from an office, and any job where a thermal printer is not on the desk.

Thermal roll labels are the better answer for high-volume shipping and barcode stations with a dedicated printer. If that is your setup, start from the wholesale thermal labels page instead — the two formats are not interchangeable.

Choosing a die: size, UP, and sheet stock

Start with the label size you need, then the count per sheet: for example 30-up address sheets at roughly 2⅝ × 1", 2-up half-sheet shipping labels at 8.5 × 5.5", or 6-up and 10-up product labels, where offered. The finder filters by width × length, UP, and shape (rectangle, round, oval).

Then confirm the sheet size and margins against your printer and your template. Every die page shows a layout schematic — compare its label size, UP, and margins to the template you already print from before ordering.

Face stocks and finishes for laser and inkjet

White matte paper with a permanent adhesive is the default and covers most office and warehouse uses. Fluorescent colors and other face stock variants appear on the die page where that die is offered in them, so color-coding is a variant choice rather than a separate die.

Laser sheets tolerate fuser heat and hold toner without flaking; inkjet-specific coatings absorb ink for sharp text and color. Check the material variant on the die before buying for a specific printer type.

Compare the margins and layout dimensions on any die page against your existing software template before ordering. Stock sheets feed reliably through high-speed office laser printers, desktop inkjets, and commercial multifunction copiers.

How to order sheets wholesale

Dies, schematics, and sizes are public. Pack pricing, case breaks, and cart open once your wholesale account is approved; checkout takes a PO on Net-30 or a card, and reorders come from order history with the same die and material.

Ship dates are confirmed per shipment after the order is placed. If no stock die fits, custom printed labels are quoted to your size and finish — including sheet formats.
