Privacy Policy

Label Supply is operated by Document Management, Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle information when you browse our catalog, request wholesale access, or sign in to your account.

Information we collect

Account details (name, work email, company), order and shipping information, and technical logs needed to run the site (IP address, browser type, and sign-in events). If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email and basic profile as permitted by Google's OAuth consent.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate buyers, fulfill orders, provide support, improve the product, and meet legal or accounting requirements. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who process it for us (for example email delivery, payments, and hosting), and with mills or carriers only as needed to fulfill your orders.

Mobile information and SMS

If you use our text messaging program, we collect your phone number, verification state and events, selected preferences, and consent evidence such as the disclosure version, timestamp, source, and authorization method. Where applicable, records include an account or contact association, acting staff member, authorization note, supporting evidence, a hashed IP address, and browser information. We also process message content, delivery status, provider message and event identifiers, errors, and opt-out or restart events.

We use this information to verify access to your number, honor your preferences, deliver messages you request, prevent abuse, provide customer support, and satisfy compliance obligations. Verifying a phone number does not enroll you in messages. Transactional and marketing consent are separate and optional.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their promotional or marketing purposes. Service providers, including our messaging provider Telnyx, and carriers may process the minimum information necessary to deliver messages and operate the program. This limited operational processing does not authorize those parties to use your mobile information for their own marketing.

You may withdraw either category independently. Reply STOP to suppress all outbound SMS, apart from a permitted opt-out confirmation. Online preference changes cannot override STOP. Retention and privacy requests

Consent evidence and messaging records are retained under our compliance retention policy for as long as needed to document authorization and withdrawals, honor suppression requests, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Message content and raw delivery-event data are limited to what is needed for those purposes. Opting out ends messaging permission but does not automatically delete the evidence of your request. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or details about retention; we may need to verify your identity and retain records required for compliance.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, traffic sources, and conversion events such as requesting access or placing an order). When you are signed in, we may associate analytics activity with an internal user identifier so we can understand your journey across devices. That identifier is not your email address. Google may process this data under its own terms. Phone numbers, SMS consent form values, and message bodies are not sent to analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
