Programs
Rush CMYK on gloss paper in common stock sizes — fewer decisions, still quoted to your quantity.
Laser-cut custom shapes from your vector dieline — no die tooling to buy.
Custom printed labels on rolls or sheets: pressure-sensitive paper and durable product labels, weatherproof and outdoor labels, clear BOPP and vinyl, tamper-evident and UL labels, food and beverage labels, plus static cling and shrink labels, variable-data runs, and two-sided printing. Sizes are quoted width × length in four shapes — square or rectangle, round, oval, or a custom die.
Materials in the wizard are matte paper, gloss paper, vinyl, and foil paper, with permanent, removable, or freezer adhesive and an application environment (general, cooler, freezer, outdoor, food contact) so the quote matches where the label lives. Coatings run from none to clear poly lamination, gloss UV, and food-grade UV; ink is one to four spot colors or CMYK.
Need a specific material? We work with specialty suppliers to source extreme environment materials—including Polyonics PCB polyimide, ESD-safe, and flame retardant labels. Request a custom quote for basically any material.
From your wholesale account, configure the label — size, shape, material, ink, finish, quantity, and unwind — upload art or a dieline, and submit. Our team prices the job and emails a firm wholesale quote with quantity breaks. Nothing on this page is an instant list price, because custom work depends on the spec.
Accept the quote on Net-30 or by card, approve a proof, and the job goes to manufacture. Ship dates are confirmed after proof approval and the production partner's confirmation — we do not post same-day or fixed turnaround promises for custom work.
Choose a stock die when a standard size and shape fit, custom tooling when a repeat shape justifies it, or laser-cut Never-Pay-Die for a one-off shape with no tooling. Labels Now is the streamlined preset for CMYK on gloss paper in common sizes.
Both presets open the same wizard with the options pre-filled; change anything that does not fit your job before you submit. Accepted quotes stay in your account under Your quotes for reference when you plan a repeat run.
If you print your own labels on a thermal printer, stock direct thermal and thermal transfer rolls are usually faster and cheaper than custom printing — browse them by width × length on the wholesale thermal labels page. Choose custom printed when the label carries your brand, regulatory content, or variable data that a blank cannot.
Custom packaging — corrugated boxes, mailers, folding cartons, poly mailers, and pouches — is quoted the same way through the custom packaging quote form.
Minimums depend on size, material, and print method and are stated on your quote. Smaller runs are usually possible through the Labels Now preset.
Yes — upload the current art or a photo with dimensions in the wizard, or send it with the Ask about a custom label form. We quote the closest stock die or a custom shape and send a proof before printing.
Never-Pay-Die shapes are laser-cut from your vector dieline, so there is no die to buy, and stock dies carry no tooling. If a job needs custom tooling, it is shown on the quote.
The quote states production time for your job; the ship date is confirmed after proof approval and partner confirmation. We do not publish blanket turnaround promises.
Yes. The quote wizard, quote acceptance, and ordering run inside an approved wholesale account. If you don't have one yet, use Ask about a custom label to send us the job details and open an account in the same message.
