All-Temp (AT) adhesive is applied at cooler/room temperatures (above +10°F) and then survives blast freezing down to -65°F. True Freezer adhesive is formulated with a lower glass-transition temperature so it can be applied directly onto surfaces that are already frozen (-20°F).
Untopcoated economy direct thermal paper absorbs moisture and plasticizers from PVC/poly stretch wrap. Switching to a topcoated direct thermal freezer stock or thermal transfer BOPP eliminates fading.
